2026 Spring Program Schedule
- Leadership: Introduction to leadership strengths, foundational principles, and innovative thinking.
- STEM: Lay the groundwork for the group project by introducing STEM concepts that students will later apply in developing a prototype or final project.

4/11/2026 • Session 2: Collaboration & Team Dynamics (Virtual 9am-11:00am)
- Leadership Focus: Building trust and teamwork and collaborative problem solving.
- STEM: Students will continue to build on STEM concepts as they move forward with the development of their prototype or final project.
4/18/2026 • Session 3: Problem-Solving & Adaptability (Virtual 9am-11:00am)
- Leadership Focus: Flexible thinking, overcoming challenges, strategic thinking, and adaptability in leadership roles.
- STEM: Students will continue building on STEM concepts as they move forward with the development of their prototype or final project.

5/2/2026 • Session 5: In Person Field Day Trip & Graduation Day (In-Person 9am-1pm)
Project
- In-person working session focused on project prototyping and presentation preparation.
- Students work in teams to apply leadership and STEM concepts from prior sessions.

- Insightful session with a guest speaker experienced in STEM, leadership, and technology fields
Graduation
- Graduation ceremony and certificate presentation
