Meet our Team:

Uma Devireddy – Vice Chair, GREATMiND & CEO, Lucid Technologies, Inc.
Uma is the Vice Chair of GREATMIND, a DFW ATW initiative dedicated to empowering underrepresented students in STEM and leadership. As the CEO of Lucid Technologies, Inc., she leads ProjectHER, a passion-driven initiative designed to help young girls and women not only secure the right roles in their careers but also sustain their success through continuous coaching and mentorship.
Her work at Lucid aligns seamlessly with GREATMIND’s mission, as both initiatives focus on breaking barriers and creating opportunities for women and young students in STEM. Uma is deeply committed to fostering confidence, leadership, and career sustainability through structured mentorship, education, and community-driven support. She believes that with the right guidance, every aspiring leader—whether a student or a professional—can thrive and make a lasting impact.
Meet our program coach:

Chonnie B. Richey
Since 2010, Chonnie Richey has served in various leadership roles including COO/CFO of a healthcare organization and Founder of the non-profit Independence Gardens. As a John Maxwell Team Leadership Coach and Speaker, she continuous to share her experiences with others on the value of the imperfect leader.
Through active collaboration, engagement, and communication, Chonnie continuous to develop
business professionals and students into effective leaders that make a positive impact within their organizations, professional life, and their communities.
Chonnie received her degree from Texas Tech University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. She is currently completing her Masters of Public Health degree from George Washington University. Chonnie has been married for 19 years and is the cheerleader for her greatest accomplishment: her three children, Sofia, Kara and Lachlan.

Nicole Di Bella - Marketing
Nicole holds a BA from Boston University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon. She has spent 15+ years analyzing, developing and implementing operational improvements while increasing revenues by facilitating growth or decreasing costs by increasing efficiency. Nicole has led engagements and implementations impacting all aspects of the product life-cycle. She is currently consulting in cyber security.
