9/6/2025 • Session 1: Leadership Foundations & Innovation (Virtual 9am-10:30am)

  • Leadership:  Introduction to leadership strengths, foundational principles, and innovative thinking.   
  • STEM: Lay the groundwork for the group project by introducing STEM concepts that students will later apply in developing a prototype or final project.  

9/13/2025 • Session 2: Collaboration & Team Dynamics (Virtual 9am-10:30am) 

  • Leadership Focus: Building trust and teamwork and collaborative problem solving.
  • STEM: Students will continue to build on STEM concepts as they move forward with the development of their prototype or final project.  

9/20/2025 • Session 3: Problem-Solving & Adaptability (Virtual 9am-10:30am) 

  • Leadership Focus: Flexible thinking, overcoming challenges, strategic thinking, and adaptability in leadership roles.
  • STEM: Students will continue building on STEM concepts as they move forward with the development of their prototype or final project.    

9/27/2025 • No Session 

10/4/2025 • Sessions 4 & 5: Field Day (In-Person 9am-2pm)

Projects

  • Students will work in teams to apply leadership and STEM concepts from prior sessions. 
  • In-person working session focused on project prototyping and presentation preparation.  

Speaker

  • Insightful session with a guest speaker experienced in STEM, leadership, and technology fields.

10/18/2025 • Session 6: Graduation Day (In-Person 11am-1pm) 

  • Congratulations! Graduation ceremony and certificate presentation for program participants.
